Be On Time

Please arrive 10-15 min prior to your class start time. Class will start promptly.

Sparring

Sparring is light-contact controlled fighting, which is highly recommended for students GREEN belt and above.

Tournaments

Students are invited to attend and compete in the Tournament every semester. The tournaments are a great learning experience for all levels as it promotes competitive spirit, self-confidence and FUN!

Be There

Students must have perfect attendance in order to test for their next belt rank. Below are all locations and times were students can go to make up his or her classes.

Monday:

  • Yellow & Green Belts: 6:15 – 7:00p
  • Blue Belts & above: 6:15 – 8:15p
  • Sparring: 7:00 – 7:30p ($3)
